How can I check to make sure I have purchased a yearbook?
Search your email for phrase: Jostens Order Confirmation # (Copy and Paste pink text as your email search)
If you are unable to locate your confirmation email, please call 1-877-767-5217 and Press 1 to speak with a Jostens customer service representative. Once connected, please ask to verify your 2023 yearbook purchase.  Jostens Customer service is available Monday-Friday 9am - 6pm  EST.

Can I order a Senior Tribute/Recognition Ad after the final deadline?
No.   

Can I pay now and create my Senior Tribute/Recognition ad later?
No. Senior Tribute Ads must be completed before payment can be made. 

Can I pay for a Senior Tribute/Recognition Ad with a check?
No. All Senior Tribute Ads must be purchased online.  All major credit and debit cards are accepted (Visa, MC, Discover, Amex)

Why did I receive a notification that I have not ordered a yearbook when I have an email confirmation from Jostens?
  • The parent name may have been entered at the time of purchase instead of a student name.
  • The name at the time of ordering may have been transposed by the purchaser. *The First and Last name were entered in the wrong fields.  Example:  First and last Name of John Smith were entered by purchaser as Smith John.
  • You may have ordered yearbooks for multiple students under the name of one student.
  • You may have located a confirmation number from a previous year (Please verify month/year purchase date located in upper right of email confirmation.
  • Your method payment may have been declined by your credit card company or accidentally disputed.
  • You may have chosen the 3 payment option and one of the payments was declined by your credit card company.
  • You may not have ordered a yearbook.
  • If none of the bulleted items above apply, please CLICK HERE to contact the yearbook adviser.

When I try to place a photo, I receive a message that the image is not high enough resolution.
Images may be rejected for resolution if the orientation of the image does not match the design image.  An image taken in vertical orientation (portrait) may not be high enough resolution to place in a horizontal orientation (Landscape) photo box.

If I submit an image that appears blurry or pixelated on my phone or computer, how will it print? 
Blurry or pixelated images (originals) used to design the ad will result in blurry and pixelated images when the ad is printed.

My confirmation at checkout says my order will be shipped to my home. Will the ad be included in the yearbook?

Yes.  All Senior Ads ordered via Jostens will be included in the yearbook and will not be sent to your home. 

Is a yearbook included with in the purchase price of a Senior Ad?
No. Yearbooks and Senior Ads are sold separately. 

Can I split the purchase of my yearbook or Tribute into multiple payments?

Yes. Please choose J-Pay at checkout to select 3 payment option.
